ABR022 - Lofotr Disc Brooch

This disc shaped brooch is based on a viking age find from Kvalnes on the island of Vestvagoy, in the Lofoten Islands in the North of Norway. The original is housed at the Lofotr Viking Museum and has a bone cabuchon at its centre. Our version of this brooch has a glass cabuchon in red or blue, and is cast by us in lead free pewter. This brooch is supplied with a gift box with a short history of this piece on the back.
